Who are we !
COOMEX is consisting of a group of enterprises covering Investment, International Trading, Design, Manufacturing, Logistic and Distribution. The head office of the group is located in the most beautiful beach city, possibly, in China, i.e. Qingdao. Also we have offices and factories spread out in China and abroad. COOMEX is managing and coordinating buying activities for more than hundred customers globally from South America, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

How are we organized ?
The organization is structured into the following departments:

• Buying &Purchasing
  Negotiates the best conditions for an entire range or a single item, and ensures timely delivery to our customers. 
• Quality Development, Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  QD defines the technical requirements and QA manages and approves samples to the agreed specifications, while QC manages the appropriate inspection of finished goods.
• Merchandising
  Sources suppliers and products and serves as a contact for buyers, to ensure order follow-up and on-time delivery.
• Customer Service & Sales
  Markets our services to our customers and recruits new customers.
• Engineers & Technicians
  For mechanical, Electrical, Textiles , Plastic and another other engineers and Technicians , to help our plants on designs , quality improvement and production.
• Insurance and Accounts
  Ensures effective cost controls, maximizes resources and handles financial reporting in-house, and provides custom financial services such as Vendor Payment Services (VPS) to external customers. 
• Independent Designers of Art and /or Product 
  To coordinate with our merchandiser and product development team for developing product , packaging or art. You can either to jCOOMEXn us or contract with us and work independent. 
• Human Resources
  Ensures that the right people are in the right place at the right time for optimum business performance.
• Information Technology
  Makes sure that business processes are optimized to improve productivity, through the use of appropriate technology.
• Logistic & Distribution
  To coordinate with buying and purchasing and work out the best solution to delivery and/or distribution the products to the destination per customer’s desire timely by economic way.
• Corporate Development
  Identifies strategic growth potential and handles M&A activities around the world.
• Administration
  To ensure the efficient operation of the office and its facilities.
