	What happens if there is a problem with a product? Of course, as hard as we try to use quality control, there is always the chance for an isolated problem. We stand behind our work and know that if the product is not to your specifications, we should make it so. How do we pay a Chineese supplier and make sure we receive the product? As with any business, that is a concern. Normally, we do require some negotiated "down payment" to start a project, but it normally is minimal considering the amount of savings. Of course, if you have a STRONG credit history and letter of credit from your bank, we are willing to negotiate terms on a case by case basis. In the situations where you pay money upfront, you will can receive confirmation from an independent logistics company on shipment, before paying the remainder. Also, we have NUMEROUS references across the world on our delivery of products and handling of money. Can you help me with Warehouse Space for products? If you need a place to store your products, our logistic companies can help across the globe. Do I have to have a separate Logistics person to manage shipments? Not unless you already have one. We have partnered with numerous logistics companies in China and other parts of the world to offer you a "turn key" shipping operation, as needed. Do I need to know how to speak Chinese? That is where WE are here. We communicate to the factories for you, and give you updates in English. We are all Chinese resident citizens, with ability to talk and write in English. We break the language barrier! Does it takes TOO Long to get products made and shipped out of China? Usually Not. Quite often, we can manufacture goods MUCH quicker then other countries, due to our workforce, and with the ability to use Sea or Air, usually we can BEAT other companies that are closer. Many times, even after paying air freight on rush shipments, our pricing is MUCH better. Do I have to order in HUGE amounts? No. We often work with companies on smaller volume as they grow their business. Our goal is that as we help you grow, our business will naturally grow. Do you need an employee in China to verify production Schedules and Quality? NO. Coomex is responsible for scheduling the production, ensuring the quality, and communicating to you thru the process. You will have a personal contact person on your account responsible for your business. We are your employee! Do only LARGE companies outsource products to China? Absolutely Not. With the communication available via telephone and the internet, and the multiple ways to ship products, even small to mid-size companies can save SIGNIFICANT money by using China Manufacturers. How do we get started? Send us a sample of your product or product layouts, and let us give you a price quote. In addition, our logistics suppliers can give you a thought on shipping cost, to give you a "true" cost, as needed. After you receive our proposal, we will discuss samples and small set up costs to get you physical product to review.
